Who we are?
We, at InspiringPeople, believe that working towards the corporate culture you want should be an energizing process that engages everyone. All our instructors have had real-life success in driving change.
Henno started Inspiring People in 2010, and has always been our creative engine. Previously he was a CEO and reorganized Westland Energy Services, which was nominated as the best energy supplier of the Netherlands. Culture was at a core of successful transformations he lead, and he captured his experiences in his book “Oops! I'm the boss!”.
Before starting InspiringPeople, Niels was a Strategy Consultant for 10 years working with various industries. He is relentless in conceptualizing approaches in a visually appealing way and acting as a catalyst for big changes.
A psychologist by training, Evelina has started her career by exploring various aspects of Human Resources, then gravitated towards Learning & Development, Leadership & Culture Change, and Employer Brand initiatives.
Passionate about Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness, Psychological Safety & creating overall well-being in the workplace.
