Large Multinational Telco wanted to change from Telco to Tech. New set of corporate values to support new strategy. Over 30.000 people around the globe engaged in action workshops on corporate, BU and team level. Culture measurement introduced.
STRENGTHENING CABLE COMPANY
Cable Company wanted to become more efficient. Company needed to increase quality against lower costs. Supported TOP80 in becoming better leaders. Implemented regular Peer Learning Cycles in which leaders where inspiring each other and developing themselves around a predefined set of leadership competencies.
STRONG GROWTH SCALE-UP
Helped a Scale-up in the health industry to control strong growth of people without losing the successful pioneering spirit of the start-up phase. Defined the corporate culture in several surveys and co-creative workshops. Involved both management and employees in making the (implicit) culture explicit in a set of unique corporate values.
STRENGTHENING ENERGY TRADER
Energy Trader wanted to become more innovative by introducing Agile tools and Agile Mindset. Interdisciplinary self-steering Teams to work on personal actions, team actions and corporate actions on a predefined set of development topics. Improving Feedback culture key in accelerating people development.
PMI LARGE TELCO ACQUISITIONS
Large Telco wanted to integrate several smaller participations in line with it’s one-brand strategy. Helped to create a new behavior brand for all companies by aligning external commercial slogan and internal people strategy. New behavior brand helped to align Mindsets of people and articulated the aspired united behavior.
REORGANISATION IN PUBLIC SECTOR
Large city Municipal Government wanted to reorganize Business-Unit by turning three department into over one hundred customer-focused teams. Defined set of development topics for new strategy via top-down and bottom-up approach. Engaged people on team level in visible actions workshops and introduced e-NPS.
HEALTH IN PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Medium size public transportation company suffered from sickness rates of up to twenty percent of their employees. Engaged people via a set of workshops with volunteers to define changes in the way of working. Made work more healthy and more fun, whilst improving the business results at the same time.
MORE INNOVATIVE MUNICIPALITY
Municipality under pressure caused by liberalization wanted to become more innovative. Organized Inspiration Tours for employees to open people’s minds for new ways of working. Group of volunteers worked out, presented and implemented a set of interventions to create a more innovative Culture within the company.
