IP Quarterly
Do you consider yourself a company culture consultant? Do you manage culture transformations, culture mergers, or culture maintenance? Then feel welcome to join our Culture Community. The community meets online on a quarterly basis, to inspire each other, learn and grow, become better and meet potential business partners.
Meetings consist of multiple compact inspiration sessions of 45 minutes between 09:00 and 15:00 CET. During the sessions people share project experiences around Defining, Activating, Measuring, and Living inspiring Cultures.
With multiple inspiration sessions happening simultaneously, you can curate your own experience and attend the sessions that interest you most. What happens after pre-registration
After the content for the Festival is created, you will be able to sign up for the sessions (and create your own programme), and lastly join the sessions on the day itself to get your dose of inspiration. Have fun!
Content Creation
All our InspiringPeople community members, fellow company culture consultants, can create the content for the IP Quarterly. Those that do are referred to as Inspirators.
Their content, around Defining, Activating, Measuring, and Living Culture will form the Agenda for each IP Quarterly.
Sign-up
The content for every IP Quarterly will differ. Each time you will receive a login code for the session booking site, where you can read through the summaries of the stories to decide which sessions you find interesting.
For each session that you sign up for, you will receive a separate Teams calendar invite.
Show Time
On the day of the IP Quarterly itself, you will join your sessions (and maybe even host one), and listen to an Inspirator provide more details about their key insights. As the maximum number of seats per session is limited, you will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions to deepen your knowledge.
Join our Culture Community
At InspiringPeople we believe that the knowledge to solve a problem is often already present, but it just isn't shared yet. This is why each story consists of a best practice. We believe that best practices are the key to success. These best practices are concrete, easy to implement, low-cost, and have a high impact. Each Inspirator is encouraged to share their own best practice(s) in how to Define, Activate, Measure, or Live Cultures, allowing everyone to learn from each other's experiences and successes.
